COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES
Please note that our products are primarily made to order and processing time is currently 4-6 weeks after purchase.
Certain items purchased during this time may be delayed due to due to local regulations regarding the COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All custom orders (non ready to ship items) are processed within 4 to 6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vanessasmith.2004@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
