Kakes Kreations took the Cupcake tote bag and made it mini. you can mix and match to completely customize your tote. It is fairly easy to make & works up quickly. This 8 page pattern will  walk you through it all.  The pattern includes colorful pictures, &  written instructions. 

Recommended hook size: 3.5mm & 4mm 

Recommended yarn: macrame cord
